"Every conversation, every smile at a local market contributes to the tapestry of a connected community.” -Unknown

One of the things I love about owning a small business is building community- whether it be with other small business owners, local and visiting residents and new or returning customers- it just fells good! One of the ways I do that is by participating in markets, fundraisers, and other pop up events. It’s an opportunity as business owners to share our products and services but also to exchange ideas and get feedback and a chance to learn from and about each other. It is also an opportunity to give back to the local economy and to find out what people really need and what is important to them as consumers. Likewise, it is also a great chance for market goers to talk to and get to know the people and practices behind the goods they purchase. Having a running dialogue is so important to building trusting relationships and one of the best places to do that are these events!

They are also fun! Being out on the farm on a beautiful fall day or enjoying local community spaces like boutiques, breweries and food trucks while shopping for amazing local products is an awesome way to spend a day. You can go alone for a “me” day or spend quality time with your friends and family; you never know who you might run into. You also never know what you might find; there are some really talented people doing awesome things that you might not ever get to meet otherwise. Please, come see me and say hi! The whole reason I went into business in the first place is because I love working with people and bringing joy. I love “kurating” worthwhile experiences for my clients and customers using all of the tools in my belt. So, how do you find me?

I like to post on social media whenever I have events coming up, but now there is a Calendar right here on the website. I will keep it updated usually 3-6 weeks out, so you will always know where I’ll be!
